Documentary film maker Morgan Spurlock is forgoing his usual corporate activism for something a bit more gentile with news that he is to appear in a new original series on Hulu.
The series “A Day in the Life” will feature six half-hour episodes chronicling a 24 hour period in the life of various people, including Richard Branson, will.i.am, comedian Russell Peters, and others.
The decision by Hulu to invest in original content follows the lead by Netflex, who have exclusive rights to the American adaptation of the UK series House of Cards.
A Day in the Life begins airing on Hulu August 17…but like all Hulu content will probably only be available to viewers in the United States.
