5th Annual Mashable Awards Announced, 28 Categories Available

Leading social media reporting website Mashable has officially announced the 5th Annual Mashable Awards, a celebration of the best in social media, tech, business and entertainment.

28 different categories will be awarded at this years awards ceremony and nominations will run from Oct. 11 through Nov. 18.

After nominations are made Mashable’s editors will then select seven finalists from each category among the most nominated submissions.

Winners will be announced at the MashBash during CES 2012.
